About MEDAUTO™

MEDAUTO™ provides mobile automotive services throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, including vehicle servicing, Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability, location, vehicle condition, and applicable Queensland legislation.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Quotes & Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are provided as general guides and may change without notice.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

Vehicle make and model
Parts required
Labour involved
Vehicle condition
Location of the service
Additional repairs identified during inspection

A formal quote will be provided before any additional work is carried out.

Bookings & Appointments

Bookings are subject to technician availability and service location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and ensuring safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.

MEDAUTO™ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe working conditions, severe weather, unavailable parts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Mobile Services

Our mobile services are available within selected Brisbane service areas.

Some repairs or inspections may require workshop facilities or specialised equipment that cannot safely be provided on-site. If this occurs, we will advise you of the available options.

Roadworthy Certificates (RWC)

Roadworthy Certificate inspections are conducted by an appropriately licensed Approved Inspection Station (AIS) examiner in accordance with Queensland regulations.

An inspection does not guarantee that a vehicle is free from mechanical defects. A Roadworthy Certificate confirms only that the vehicle meets the minimum safety standards required under Queensland law at the time of inspection.

If a vehicle does not pass inspection, repairs may be required before a certificate can be issued.

Vehicle Servicing & Repairs

MEDAUTO™ performs services using appropriate tools, quality parts, and accepted industry practices.

Customers will be advised of any additional work identified during inspection. No additional repairs will be completed without customer approval unless required by law or necessary for safety.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle information.
Ensure the vehicle is legally accessible and safe to inspect.
Remove personal belongings from the work area where practical.
Ensure someone over 18 years of age is available if required for authorisation.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MEDAUTO™ reserves the right to suspend future bookings where payment remains outstanding.

Warranty

Where applicable, workmanship is backed by the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer warranties on supplied parts remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or neglect
Accident damage
Modifications performed by third parties
Failure to follow recommended maintenance

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, images, and other materials, remains the property of MEDAUTO™ unless otherwise stated.
